Kehoe’s Hidden DEI
How Kehoe Uses Nonprofits to Carry out his Globalist Agenda—Impeach Him Now
You thought you elected a conservative governor. You thought Mike Kehoe would protect you from the woke agenda. You were wrong. You might as well have elected Crystal Quade.
I remember getting into an argument with a couple who told me that we couldn’t vote for Bill Eigel because we might end up with Quade. We had to vote for Kehoe. I told them that Kehoe was from a secret society and had been appointed as Lt. Governor and not elected. He was a made man and not a conservative. They called me out as unchristian. Quade would support abortion. We’ve seen Kehoe’s stance on abortion. He’s for it too. He’s also for stealing property from people through taxation like a Marxist.
While Kehoe made shadow puppet theater of signing executive orders to eliminate DEI from state government, he's secretly working with international organizations to implement the exact same ideology through your property taxes. And it's going to force elderly Missourians and poor families out of their homes.
This is how the oligarchy of “We know better than you” works in Missouri. They tell you what you want to hear while they sell you out to global interests. Whether it is Bayer/Monsanto, Italian Companies, Germany, or the European Union, Mike Kehoe isn't fighting the progressive left—he's part of it. I’m surprised he hasn’t applied for membership in Brussels, Belgium for the EU. He doesn’t seem interested in Trump’s United States.
The Big Lie
On February 18, 2025, Governor Kehoe signed Executive Order 25-18 with great fanfare from all the loser senators like Ben Baker and Rick Brattin, directing all Missouri state agencies to "eliminate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives." He stood there with Republican legislators behind him, proclaiming that "Missourians deserve a government that treats all individuals equally, without preferential treatment or discrimination." (Missouri Independent, February 19, 2025)
It was all a mutual admiration party. Pure political theater designed to fool conservative voters while he implemented the same woke agenda through the back door.
Because while Kehoe was publicly banning DEI, his administration was quietly forcing Missouri counties to comply with standards set by an international organization that's obsessed with "racial and social equity" in property assessments. And if counties refused to play along? He'd cut off their sales tax revenue. It’s like Emperor Palpatine quietly issuing order 66 at the same time assuring the public in the Senate that the Republic has never been healthier.
This is the kind of deception that makes people lose faith in the political process. Say one thing, do another, and hope nobody notices. However, people noticed. Thank God for the Sheild Maidens of Missouri.
Meet the IAAO: Your New Unelected Rulers
The International Association of Assessing Officers sounds boring, doesn't it? That's the point. Nobody pays attention to boring organizations with technical-sounding names. However, this mundane organization is now controlling your property taxes, and they have a very specific agenda—a global agenda.
IAAO was founded in 1934 and has grown into a global network of over 7,000 members (IAAO LinkedIn). They're headquartered right here in Kansas City, Missouri, which should tell you something about how deep this corruption runs in our state. But don't let the Missouri address fool you—this is an international organization with international goals.
Here's how their scam works: They create "standards" for property assessment and then get state governments to adopt those standards as mandatory. When Missouri makes IAAO compliance required, suddenly every county assessor has to pay IAAO for training, certification, and continuing education. It's a captive market worth millions. Most nonprofits or non governmental organizations work this way. They promise expertise in a field and members pay for this supposed credentialing and expertise.
However, this expertise comes at the cost of ideology. It’s not driven by neutral individuals, but by people looking to cast as many stones as possible throughout society. Nonprofits with members are community organizations like what Barrack Obama bragged about on his resume. They are what Saul Alinsky dreamed about in his book, Rules for Radicals. Nonprofits are easily infilitrated by radicals and taken over for singular purposes as I’ve demonstrated before in other articles such as the one on Springfield Daily Citizen.
But it gets worse. IAAO isn't just about making money off government mandates. They're part of something called the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition, which involves 88 property organizations representing "hundreds of thousands of property professionals globally" (IAAO Technical Standards). This isn't about improving local government—it's about implementing global standards on local communities. Our counties are being forced into rules by standards being decided by outside forces and influences.
The Social Justice Agenda They Don't Want You to Know About
IAAO loves to talk about "fair and equitable" property taxation. If those words sound familiar, it's because they're straight out of the DEI playbook that Kehoe claims to oppose.
IAAO actively promotes what they call "Identifying, Analyzing and Correcting Racial and Social Bias in Assessments." They run training programs focused on racial and social equity. Their standards aren't based on actual market values - they're based on ideological determinations of what constitutes "equity" in property taxation.
In other words, they want to use your property taxes to redistribute wealth according to social justice principles. And Mike Kehoe is helping them do it.
This is the same crowd that's been pushing "equity" initiatives across the country, using bureaucratic language to hide their real agenda. They don't want equal treatment under the law--they want special treatment based on race, gender, and other characteristics. And they're using property taxes to get it.

Like many organizations that promise equity and inclusion to others, they rarely deliver on it themselves. It’s always best to do it with other people’s money.
In 2023, they provided a total of $38,489 in grants to different individual through a few grants. They compensated their officers and other salaries and wages over $2.2M. Kehoe picked an organization to help rob the poor that doesn’t actually care about the poor, but virtue signals while making themselves wealthy.
Here are the break downs for their scholarship funds
And here is the compensation for their two officers who make six figure salaries managing this company in Kansas City. This is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as Kehoe sees it.
How Kehoe Sold Out Missouri Counties
During the winter of 2025, while Missourians were dealing with cold weather and trying to make ends meet, Kehoe's State Tax Commission was busy threatening county assessors behind closed doors.
They invited over 70 elected county assessors to Jefferson City and presented them with something called Memorandums of Understanding. These aren't friendly agreements--they're contracts that force compliance with IAAO standards. And the message was clear: sign this MOU and agree to raise property taxes in your county, or we'll cut off your sales tax revenue.
Think about that for a minute. Kehoe's administration threatened to bankrupt counties if they didn't comply with standards set by an international organization that promotes social justice ideology. These are the same counties that elected assessors to represent local taxpayers, not global interests.
Multiple assessors told us they felt they had "no choice" but to sign. One assessor was particularly stressed about the pressure to raise taxes on agricultural land and small farms. These are the people who feed us, and Kehoe's administration is making it harder for them to stay in business. Yet, knowing what we have learned about Kehoe’s plans for small farms through Bayer, are we surprised that he’s adding more pressure to them instead of less?

The AI Takeover Nobody Voted For
Here's where it gets really concerning. Counties are being pressured to use artificial intelligence systems aligned with IAAO standards to determine property values. This removes local knowledge and democratic input from the assessment process entirely.
Your property value used to be determined by local assessors who understood your community and your local market. Now it's being determined by computer algorithms programmed according to international standards you never voted for. These standards are fed into the machine by people. The computer isn’t neutral because the people aren’t neutral who decided what the standards should be.
Cape Girardeau County is using something called Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software developed by Vanguard Appraisals. The software uses "updated component cost tables" that can be "adjusted based upon sales data"--but who's doing the adjusting, and according to what criteria?
The county's own documentation admits they're implementing these changes to "help move our county closer to the acceptable ranges of true market value" as determined by the State Tax Commission and IAAO standards. (Cape Girardeau County documentation) Not local market conditions. Not what local taxpayers can afford. International standards.
The world is progressing towards a 15-minute city and we don’t have time for poverty or people who live on the edge of making ends meet.
The 15% Scam
The result of all this pressure has been remarkably uniform property tax increases across Missouri counties. This is statiscally impossible unless there is pressure from above. Many are implementing exactly 15% increases. (Phelps County Assessor) When you see that kind of uniformity across different counties with different economic conditions, you know it's not coincidence--it's coordinated policy.
Cape Girardeau County's documentation shows how this works. They admit that "the mass increase in the assessment indicated above would help move our county closer to the acceptable ranges of true market value." Translation: we're raising your taxes because the state is making us comply with international standards. Who decided the standards? Who makes up the rules?
This isn't about fair assessment--it's about forced compliance with an agenda you never voted for. Who set the agenda?
Who Gets Hurt: The People Kehoe Claims to Represent
Property taxes are different from income taxes. You have to pay them whether you have income or not. For elderly Missourians on fixed incomes, a 15% property tax increase can mean the difference between staying in their homes and being forced out.
For working families struggling with inflation, higher property taxes mean less money for food, healthcare, and their children's needs. For small farmers, higher taxes on agricultural land can make the difference between staying in business and selling out to corporate agriculture.
These aren't the wealthy elites who can afford higher taxes. These are the people who vote Republican because they expect their representatives to protect them from exactly this kind of bureaucratic overreach.
Instead, Mike Kehoe is using their own tax dollars to fund compliance with international organizations that want to kick them out of their homes. Mike Kehoe talks about being raised by a single mother, but he never talks about his time being raised up by the Masons. He never talks about how they made him a perfect brick to fit into the wall. He never talks about how he’s being made into a perfect man or how he’s more enlightened than the rest of us. Being a Mason makes him a progressive.
The Pattern: Other Progressive Organizations
The IAAO isn't the only progressive organization Kehoe has worked with while publicly claiming to oppose DEI. His pattern of embracing woke organizations runs deeper than most Missourians realize.
Americans for the Arts: Another DEI Partner
In 2020, Lieutenant Governor Kehoe received the "Public Leadership in the Arts Award for State Arts Leadership" from Americans for the Arts, an organization that's heavily invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion programming (Americans for the Arts).
Americans for the Arts has an extensive DEI agenda that includes:
A formal "Statement on Cultural Equity" that commits to "championing policies and practices of cultural equity that empower a just, inclusive, equitable nation" (Americans for the Arts Cultural Equity Statement)
Mandatory diversity hiring policies that require "at least one of the top five qualified candidates for any open position is of a diverse background"
"Equity 360" assessment programs designed to help organizations implement DEI policies
Extensive resources promoting "diversity, equity, and inclusion" training and consulting (Americans for the Arts Equity Training)
When Kehoe accepted their award, he praised their work and committed Missouri to supporting their agenda. He secured $4.8 million in state funding for the Missouri Arts Council, which operates under the Americans for the Arts' DEI framework.
Kehoe is tied to the Light and spreading the Light to the lesser minds like us. This is part of his belief system. He absolutely believes he is on the right side of history with DEI.
The Missouri NEA: Supporting the Woke Education Establishment
Most damaging of all is Kehoe's documented collaboration with the Missouri National Education Association (MNEA), the state affiliate of the National Education Association—one of the most progressive organizations in America. The MNEA represents over 30,000 Missouri educators and has been pushing the same DEI agenda that Kehoe claims to oppose.
According to MNEA's own documentation, Governor Kehoe made four new appointments to the Missouri State Board of Education, replacing board members to advance his education agenda (MNEA State Board Reports). The MNEA closely tracks and influences these appointments, working with governors to ensure progressive education policies get implemented, including Thomas Prater.
The National Education Association has an extensive "Racial & Social Justice" agenda that promotes the exact DEI ideology Kehoe claims to oppose (NEA Racial & Social Justice). Their website explicitly advocates for "Just & Equitable Schools" and pushes LGBTQ+ activism in schools.
MNEA has been working with Kehoe's administration on education funding and policy implementation. Their legislative updates show regular coordination with the governor's office on budget priorities and education initiatives (MNEA Legislative Update). This isn't just passive cooperation—it's active collaboration with an organization that promotes the woke agenda in Missouri schools.
The Missouri State Teachers Association (MSTA), while more independent than MNEA, has also worked with Kehoe's administration on education policy. MSTA broke away from the NEA in 1972 over philosophical differences, but both organizations continue to influence Missouri education policy through state board appointments and legislative advocacy.
When Kehoe can’t do it through governance, he uses nonprofits and NGOs to accomplish his DEI goals—he brings the Masonic light to all of us. He wants to free us from our limitations. He’s not a Christian. He belongs to a Gnostic heresy.
Corporate Utility Partnerships
Kehoe has also received massive financial support from utility companies that are pushing ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives. Ameren, Evergy, and Spire have contributed over $400,000 to support his campaigns (Energy and Policy Institute). These same utilities are implementing DEI and "climate justice" programs while raising rates on Missouri families. It’s “justice” to make everyone pay their fair share to save the environment.
The same companies that are supposedly poisoning the environment have to punish the people who use their services while they grow wealthier. It’s justice because it’s our fault for using gas or electricity.
In April 2025, Kehoe signed Senate Bill 4, which critics say will raise utility bills for Missouri households by $1,115 annually while increasing corporate profits for these same utility companies (Energy and Policy Institute). This fits the pattern of using government power to benefit corporate interests that promote progressive agendas. Kehoe wants to make you poorer. Poor through other people besides himself. He’s using county assessors to do it and Utility companies. He then works with school NGO’s to poison your children against you.
You don't have to believe in conspiracy theories to see what's happening here. These are the same goals stated openly by organizations like the United Nations and the World Economic Forum. They want fewer people to own property and more people to rent. They want wealth redistributed according to "equity" principles. They want local control replaced by international standards.
The World Economic Forum and the United Nations signed a "Strategic Partnership Framework" in 2019 to "jointly accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development." (World Economic Forum Press Release) Over 400 civil society organizations criticized this as "disturbing corporate capture of the UN" moving toward "privatised global governance." (World Economic Forum Wikipedia)
What's happening in Missouri fits this pattern perfectly. International organizations create standards, state governments adopt them through bureaucratic pressure, and local communities lose control over their own affairs.
The result is the California model: a two-tier society where wealthy elites own everything and everyone else rents. Is that what we want for Missouri? Kehoe seems to want it.
Follow the Money
None of this happens by accident. IAAO operates on a business model that depends on government mandates. When states require compliance with IAAO standards, assessors have to pay for IAAO training, certification, and continuing education. It's a multi-million dollar business built on government coercion.
But the money trail goes deeper. IAAO's membership includes not just government officials but "business and academic communities" (IAAO LinkedIn). These are the same corporate interests that benefit when small property owners are forced to sell and the property gets concentrated in fewer hands. Who do you think will buy up all the property that will be for sale or be confiscated? China? Bill Gates? The Mormon Church? Sinquefield? All the while they benefit from the Low Income Housing Tax Credit that you cannot apply for yourself.
This is how the oligarchy works. They create the problem through government policy, and then profit from the solution through their preferred contractors and consultants.
What Kehoe Won't Tell You
Mike Kehoe won't admit that his administration is implementing DEI through property taxes. He won't acknowledge that he's working with international organizations to override local control. He won't explain why Missouri taxpayers should comply with standards they never voted for.
Instead, he'll keep signing executive orders that sound conservative while his bureaucrats implement the global agenda through regulatory capture. Executive Orders he can undermine through fiat at any time or through nonprofits you don’t see. He can call secret meetings like he did with the state assessors and know you’ll never find out.
He'll keep talking about cutting taxes while his administration forces property tax increases. He'll keep claiming to fight the swamp while he feeds it.
This is what political corruption looks like in the modern era. It's not crude bribery anymore. It's sophisticated manipulation through non-profit organizations, international standards, and bureaucratic coercion.
The Pattern of Betrayal
This isn't the first time Missouri Republicans have sold us out to global interests. The same crowd that brought us marijuana legalization through Proposition 3 is now bringing us property tax increases through IAAO compliance. The same lobbyists who profit from casino gambling are now profiting from property assessment contracts.
Men like Steven Tilley have been buying Republican politicians for years, ensuring that the party serves corporate interests instead of conservative voters. Now we're seeing the same pattern with international organizations. We can’t even be sure these interests are situated here in Missouri. Some seem to come from Chicago and others from overseas.
They use our own government against us, implementing policies we oppose through bureaucratic channels we don't control. And they do it while waving the Trump flag and claiming to be conservatives. I saw a RINO waving a Trump sign at a meeting once thinking it was a shield for his cupidity and sins. It only revealed the darkness in his own heart, didn’t it Nick?
What This Means for Your Family
If you're an elderly Missourian on a fixed income, these property tax increases could force you from the home you've lived in for decades. If you're a young family trying to build generational wealth, these policies make homeownership increasingly unaffordable.
If you live in a small town or rural area, you're facing particular pressure as urban-designed standards get applied to rural properties. The result is often dramatic tax increases that force people to leave, accelerating rural decline. Every regulation added to your home is a tax. It’s a burden on the consumer which ends up adding money to the state’s coffers through different channels.
Every tax is designed to break the cycle of generational wealth that has built strong communities in Missouri. It concentrates property ownership in the hands of corporations and investors while turning ordinary Missourians into renters.
The Deeper Corruption: China, Chemicals, and Cronies
The IAAO partnership and Americans for the Arts award are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Kehoe's corrupt dealings. His betrayal of Missouri runs much deeper.
The China Connection
During his 2024 campaign for governor, Kehoe traveled Missouri promising to stop China "from buying up our farmland" while riding in a bus leased from Jewell Patek—a lobbyist who works for Smithfield Foods, the Chinese-owned company that has purchased hundreds of thousands of acres of Missouri farmland. When confronted about this hypocrisy, Kehoe's campaign tried to obscure the connection by calling it a "donation."
This wasn't an accident. As one campaign manager noted: "China has owned Kehoe for a long time, and of course, they'll own him as governor, too. He voted four times to sell Missouri to the Chinese."
Poisoning Small Farmers for Corporate Profit
Kehoe has also been pushing legislation that benefits Bayer/Monsanto at the expense of Missouri's small farmers. Senate Bill 14, backed by the Blunt family lobbying machine (including Amy Blunt, a registered Bayer/Monsanto lobbyist), creates a fee structure that forces small farmers to pay for their exposure to cancer-causing pesticides while shielding corporations from liability.
The bill uses EPA registration as legal cover for companies like Bayer/Monsanto, even as scientific evidence mounts about cancer risks from glyphosate exposure. Small farmers face new registration costs of $2,000+ annually while large corporations get legal protection from lawsuits when their products cause cancer.
This is the same playbook: Kehoe campaigns as a friend of farmers while implementing policies that benefit the corporations trying to drive them out of business.
The Crony Appointment Machine
Kehoe's appointment of Dave Schatz as Franklin County's Presiding Commissioner shows how he rewards political allies over community needs. Despite overwhelming opposition from Franklin County residents who preferred County Clerk Tim Baker (supported by the local Republican Central Committee), Kehoe ignored the will of the people and appointed Schatz—a man with extensive ties to questionable business dealings and suspected corruption in Sullivan, Missouri.
The appointment was so controversial that State Senator Mike Moon filibustered for over nine hours to stop it, but Kehoe's political machine steamrolled local opposition.
Mike Kehoe isn't operating in isolation. He's part of the same corrupt Missouri establishment that includes Roy Blunt, Dave Schatz, and the rest of the Uniparty crowd that talks conservatively while governing like globalists.
Roy Blunt, Missouri's "Gremlin Emeritus," perfectly exemplifies this system. After decades of presiding over wasteful government spending as a powerful committee chairman, Blunt has built a lobbying empire while positioning himself as a "bipartisan" advocate for the very programs he helped make dysfunctional. His entire family has turned politics into a profit center, with his wife and children all working as corporate lobbyists.
Now Blunt has appeared alongside Joe Biden to discuss Social Security reform—the same Roy Blunt who spent years overseeing the appropriations that allowed billions in taxpayer dollars to be wasted. This is the Uniparty in action: create the problem, then profit from the "solution."
Kehoe operates from the same unholy scriptures as Blunt. He campaigns as a conservative, gets elected by conservative voters like the ones I argued with at the start of this article, and then implements the globalist agenda through bureaucratic back channels while claiming his hands are clean. Like Blunt, he's found ways to benefit from the system while appearing to oppose it. And conservatives are too afraid of Quade to accept that someone like Kehoe is more dangerous than an inept Democrat who couldn’t find her way out of a porta-potty without Google maps and a rope.
We had a chance to elect Bill Eigel, but the cowards in Missouri voted for Jay Ashcroft—the cowards in Revelation 21:8.
The connections run deep in Missouri's political establishment. These aren't isolated incidents—they're part of a coordinated effort by Missouri's ruling class to serve international interests while keeping conservative voters pacified with empty rhetoric.
Dave Schatz, Steven Tilley, Roy Blunt, Mike Kehoe—they're all part of the same machine that's sold out Missouri to corporate and global interests. They use conservative language to get elected, then govern like Democrats while enriching themselves and their cronies.
This is why real accountability matters. This is why we can't keep electing Republicans who say one thing and do another. The corruption runs too deep, and the betrayal of conservative voters is too systematic to be coincidental. They are using your belief system against you and you keep lining up to vote for them like sheep. Either your stupid or this is what you want.
You secretly desire someone to come in and control your lives like a Democrat. Sometimes I think you all are really afraid of being men and women of valor.
Missouri voters deserve better than this deception. We deserve elected officials who mean what they say and do what they promise. We deserve transparency in government and democratic control over our affairs.
We don't deserve to have international organizations setting our property taxes. We don't deserve to have our elected assessors threatened with financial blackmail. We don't deserve to have our governor implement DEI policies through the back door while claiming to oppose them publicly.
Mike Kehoe has betrayed the trust of Missouri voters. He campaigned as a conservative and governs as a globalist. He promised to eliminate DEI and instead implemented it through property taxes. He claimed to cut taxes and instead forced increases that would drive people from their homes.
This is not what we voted for. This is not what Missouri deserves. And this is not what the American government is supposed to look like.
The question is: what are we going to do about it?
The Choice Ahead
We can keep electing Republicans who say conservative things while implementing the globalist agenda. We can keep believing their promises while they sell us out to international interests. We can keep hoping they'll change while they get richer and we get poorer. We can keep hitting our heads with a hammer.
Or we can demand accountability. We can insist on transparency. We can refuse to accept this kind of deception from our elected officials.
The choice is ours. But if we don't make it soon, we're going to wake up in a state we don't recognize, governed by people we never elected, according to standards we never approved. We are becoming California and it doesn’t matter if our governor has an “R” next to his name. He might as well be Gavin Newsom. He’s just as dangerous as that man, but Kehoe has you all fooled into thinking he’s Ronald Reagan.
Missouri used to be the Show-Me State. It's time to show Mike Kehoe and his international friends that we won't be fooled anymore.
The corruption runs deep, but it's not too late to fight back. The question is whether we dare to do it. Get off your butts and get rid of the RINOs.
In Christian County, that means no more Jamie Gragg. He’s got to go. Kick him out of the State Capitol and send him packing to California. He could go live in a homeless encampment there so we don’t have to all live in one here.
