Steven Tilley--Parson's Puppet Master
Wealthy Men misusing the access of Lobbies, are corrupting our state through Marijuana, Gambling, Illegal Immigration and using the "Christian" face of men like Parson and Kehoe like hoods.
The Puppet Masters
I’ve covered the actions of Rex Sinquefield in other articles related to his helping push to get SB727 passed by claiming it was a School Choice bill. However, as Hick Christian uncovered, the bill is simply a way for him and his cronies to get rich while creating welfare queens out of conservative home-school moms.
However, he’s not the only political player. Allegedly, The Democrats have to deal with Roland Crowley in St. Louis controlling their media and votes.
State-wide, though, one man has risen to power, making Crowley and Sinquefield's actions seem like small-bit players linked to the World Economic Forum. Steven Tilley has amassed the type of political power in Missouri that maybe only a few people in history have collected.
Flood Cairo, Illinois
As Missouri Speaker of the House from 2010 to 2011, Steve Tilley became famous for suggesting that Cairo, Illinois, be flooded when there was talk about blowing a levy, as reported by KFVS Channel 12’s Christy Hendricks.
"I've heard of that," Tilley said Wednesday. "I haven't had an opportunity to visit with the local people and figure out what their, clearly I mean when you start blowing up a levee and you're going to flood thousands of acres of farmland, that's a pretty significant decision and you know, I'd like to take a look at what the alternatives are before I say whether I agree with it or disagree with it."
"Would you rather have Missouri farmland flooded or Cairo underwater?" someone asked Tilley off camera.
"Cairo," Tilley replied. "I've been there, trust me, Cairo."
"Have you been to Cairo?" Tilley asked. "Ok, you know what I'm saying then."
Tilley is an astute political genius and strategist. He always knows the right thing to say and never flubs an answer on camera. Yet, this “brilliant” mind is now one of the most sought-after political lobbyists in the state of Missouri. How did he come so far? I’ll suggest an answer later in the article.
Super Lobbyist
Tilley is a lobbyist for Anheuser Busch (thank you, Bud Light, for the Dylan Mulvaney debacle). He owns or is affiliated with Strategic Air Services, located here. Tilley used his hanger to meet about ads on Gambling Machines, which are creating huge issues across the state—he’s a lobbyist for Torch—the human impact of these machines is enormous.

Continued Fundraising
Even though Parson is leaving office this year, with little prospect of going further politically, he is raising money at an incredible rate. Tilley has a hand in that through the Political Action Committee (PAC) Uniting Missouri. Parson keeps getting paid. Is it getting paid off?
Tilley is linked to David Barklage through Uniting Missouri. St. Louis Today reports that Barklage was convicted of a felony tax charge for failing to report over $440K in income. Barklage was instrumental in flipping Missouri to a Republican Legislature. He helped give us a “Republican at any Cost™.” This led to Steven Tilley being the Speaker of the House in 2010-2011.
Tilley is listed here at the Missouri Ethics Commission. However, under Parson, the Missouri Ethics Commission has never had enough Board members to meet for a Quorum to investigate complaints against lobbyists or elected officials. Tell me again, why do we need a Supermajority of Republicans? Please, Nick Meyers (State GOP Chair). I want to know why you think this is important.
Tilley and Parsons have had nearly 17K communication records that they didn’t feel the need to hide. In the interview, my source shares many of those related to the MEC board. What is Tilley telling Parson to do? How far up Parson’s backside is Tilley’s hand?
Gambling Away Missouri
Steve Tilley has his hands in other gambling in the state, not just the ones in convenience stores. This year, we have an initiative for gambling on the ballot. When I heard the State GOP speak about it at the State MO GOP Meeting, they didn’t seem concerned. Are they trying to pave the way for it?
Marijuana Money
St. Louis Today reported that Tilley has been trying to use the Marijuana money for Military Veterans. Republicans in Missouri act like Democrats.
Among former House Speaker Steve Tilley’s lengthy list of lobbying clients is the Kansas City-based Veterans Community Project, a nonprofit that received $2.5 million in the most recent state budget to build 50 homes in north St. Louis to help former military personnel.
Republicans are advocating for Marijuana and Gambling to increase the budget so they can create a government that is so large it can give out money to “certain” business interests, and then they pretend it’s going for “good causes” like Military veterans.
He was/still is a lobbyist of MoCannTrade, which helped push Prop 3 into law in Missouri. Was that a Republican initiative? It seems like it was. The Republicans can complain about the Devil’s Lettuce in public, but behind closed doors, they are helping it get passed by refusing to vote on Initiative Petition Reform. This is why Abortion will be legalized in our state. I would bet money the same groups of individuals helped kill IP Reform this year, so Abortion will be legalized. They will only all IP Reform to pass when they have diluted our constitution to the point it doesn’t matter. We are ran by an unelected Cabal and Puppet Mike Parson is happy to sell you out.
Politico exposes Tilley’s links to MoCannTrade as their chief lobbyist.
The governor’s close personal friend and fundraiser, Steve Tilley, is at the center of the probes. He represented lucrative clients who appeared to receive a boost in the licensing process. The campaign of Parson’s presumptive Democratic opponent, State Auditor Nicole Galloway, put out a taunting memo declaring, “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”
The situation reflects how quickly the promise of legalized marijuana can turn from being an asset for political leaders to a liability, as administrations come under intense lobbying and pressure to hand out lucrative licenses, while confronting the risk of outright corruption
Republicans were responsible for passing Prop 3. They will be responsible for legalizing Abortion for up to 9 months to harvest baby organs in this state and making it possible to mutilate children under 18 for the Gender Identity cult of pedophiles.
We don’t need more Republicans in office until we can agree that Accountability and Vetting must be part of the planks and enforceable.
Attorney General Will Investigate Right?
We should expect Andrew Bailey’s office to investigate Steven Tilley and get answers for us. No person should be purchasing the votes of our party. However, according to the Missouri Independent, Andrew Bailey is funded by Steven Tilley also. Which means that Andrew Bailey is unlikely to investigate Tilley and what is worse, Bailey is probably compromised.
Men like Tilley are buying the positions of the most powerful elected leaders in our state to ensure no one will ever investigate him. He hangs out in the shadows, controlling and manipulating our government. People talk about looking for a constitutional government. It is impossible to have a government that protects the people when three to four managers like Tilley can control every vote and decision being made. We don’t have a Republic—we live in an oligarchy in the state of Missouri.
Conservative Response
As it is, people like Steven Tilley act as mid-level managers for outside interests. Rex and Steven aren’t smart enough to think of these grand strategic plans independently. Rex has ties to the Koch brothers and links to people who are tied to the World Economic Forum. They have divided up our state into their little fiefdoms and run it for their own interests. Our decisions don’t matter at the political level anymore, not as long as people like Tilley can interfere with governance.
Ask your elected official if they know Tilley. Look at your Rep’s finances and see if they have received money from any PAC outside of your community. Your Rep, if they are from Ozark, shouldn’t be receiving money from St. Louis to run. If they have, then you need to consider running someone against them. If they have been bought and paid for and are puppets for Tilley and others, they aren’t Republicans anymore. They are your enemy.
