Governor Parson was in Italy this week selling our State to the Highest Bidders. He’s selling us out to the European Union’s interests, as I highlighted in the Article, but further, he’s selling us out to the DEI interests of an Italian company working in our state. They provide the engineering and the woke engineering, and we get a railway that’s woke. And if there are any consequences or failures, what are the consequences in an international court for Missouri families? Does Parson care? Or are they making large contributions to his PAC? I don’t mean to imply that Parson doesn’t care about Missouri voters. I am saying Parson doesn’t care about Missouri voters as he leaves office. I don’t think he ever did.

This article can seem complicated, with many different people and parties involved. It can seem almost impossible to connect the dots between the various organizations. Organizations outside the US and Missouri jurisdiction are trying to control our future. We need to understand that other nations and forces have realized that the best way to defeat our country isn’t to do so through military force but through bureaucratic conquest.
These outside forces use our political structure, corrupting our political leaders to destroy our economy and take away our natural rights. Their problem with the United States isn’t our success with money or military—they hate our freedom. We recognize that God has given us natural rights that no one or any organization can take away.
Let’s start at the top. The United Nations organized the World Health Organization [WHO] on April 7th, 1948. The WHO describes themselves as “professionals committed to integrity and excellence in health. With a spirit of collaboration and a steadfast commitment to science, we are trusted to care for the world’s health.”
Yet, the WHO isn’t a benevolent organization. From the BBC, “The panel, set up by the World Health Organization, said the combined response of the WHO and global governments was a “toxic cocktail’.” While I don’t agree with some of the BBC’s findings, I wanted to show that even a progressive news source found the WHO failed dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The findings from the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic (a Congressional Committee) had some key takeaways about the organization.
The World Health Organization caved to political pressure from the Chinese Communist Party and placed CCP interests ahead of global public health. It is now time to hold China accountable for its intentional coverup of COVID-19.
Biden Administration officials from the U.S. State Department (State), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) all agree that the World Health Organization is in urgent need of reform.
As the WHO drafts a new Pandemic Accord and amendments to the International Health Regulations, it is essential that American interests and sovereignty are protected.
The WHO is beholden to foreign interests. It does not consider the republic’s model of government and prefers the totalitarian form. WHO’s model is predicated on a system of control. It finds itself attracted to models provided by China—freedom is dangerous. Equity is the goal, as stated on their website.
24 Governors just rejected their Pandemic Treaty. The Daily Wire reports, “The governors wrote on Wednesday that the WHO’s proposal would encroach on the sovereignty of American states and put the civil liberties of Americans in the hands of a group of unelected global officials. The WHO has been widely criticized over its investigation of COVID’s emergence, especially as it pushed out a report that declared the COVID lab leak theory as ‘extremely unlikely’.”
The WHO’s end goal is to interfere directly with our government. Their treaty, outside the US Government, would “restrict the rights of US Citizens, including freedom of speech, privacy, travel, choice of medical care, and informed consent, thus violating our Constitution’s core principles.”
So out of the 24 Governors that signed, we can count on Mike Parson, the Reddest RED Republican ever to sign, right? Well, no.
Notice at the end how they have worded the law to say, “[N]o funds shall be expended to the World Health Organization.”
Your Super-Awesome Supermajority Republican Party designed the language to mislead you. They aim to make it “appear” that Governor Parson and the Supermajority Republican Party are stopping the WHO. However, this isn’t the case. Here is a letter Parson didn’t sign. He didn’t want to stop the WHO money or the WHO Pandemic Treaty in our state.
Why? If you get past the lies Parson and the Supermajority are telling you, this is what is going on in the bill under his leadership.
The money was going to go to the multi-agency One Health Laboratory. Our governor is very good at changing the words and terms but plans to spend the money in Jeff City on the Lab. They just changed the terms. The terrifying part is they are placing this under the Department of Health and Senior Services.
Here are two advertisements for the laboratory.
Missouri will run the Lab through the Department of Health and Senior Services, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Department of Agriculture. It is a $76M laboratory. Why would we want the DNR and the Dept. of Ag working with the DHSS?
It’s because One Health is, as the CDC describes it, “an approach that recognizes that the health of people is closely connected to the health of animals and our shared environment.”

Under the One Health philosophy (pseudoscience), we’re all interconnected and part of the same food chain. Humans are no different from livestock or biodiversity loss. Humans, as they affect the planetary “biology,” must be handled better. This chart isn’t benign. This chart represents a tyranny—total control of human diet, movement, and population.
Our benevolent and wise dictator Parson and his supermajority Republican politburo have decided that we’re not worth protecting. Parson already demonstrated his lack of care throughout his administration, and every voter who said, “He’s a nice guy. We shouldn’t criticize one of our own,” might as well have been wearing a Red Flag on their lapel.
When we don’t criticize our own elected officials, we are acting no different than the communists. So grow up, little boys and girls, and throw away your Party pins and hats. Parson and your Republican Reps and Senators have voted into their budget a WHO laboratory—they just decided to call it a different name so the voter doesn’t get upset as they design viruses to cull the population.

So, Missouri will build a science lab to experiment on our senior citizens, domesticated animals, and wild animals. Do you think they will be trying to develop gain of function? Do you think they will be trying to “solve” the aging population in our state with a new virus? We have too many seniors and farting cows. Let’s find a virus that deals with both. Plus, with fewer cows, people will have to eat more cicadas. Remember, it’s about your diet.
They want to change what you eat, how you travel, and how you breed. You and your children are something to domesticate—to control. You’re nothing to them but animals. The Elites won’t have these restrictions they place on you.
We can still stop this by throwing a fit about it. Missouri doesn’t have to spend the money because our Supermajority Republicans placed in the budget. We have to find ways to resist our government’s tyranny. For your own sake, stop saying, “The bill passed. Nothing to do now.” Stop giving our elected officials a pass because they are Republican. Or otherwise, you don’t have a Republican Supermajority. You have a Tyrannical Politburo—We may as well be China if we have elected officials we can’t question because it’s not nice.

THANKS for this, Mr. Rice. I was looking for explanation of why Parson (and DeWine) didn't sign the letter, and your article popped up. I am previously familiar with the One Health scheme, so it makes sense (in a grotesque sort of way) that this is what's going on in Parson's twisted head. The one additional thing I wish you'd do is reach out to Gov. Parson for comment (and possibly others in MO Govt). He needs to answer, or at minimum go on record as not answering.
I am so tired of his type of Republican, which is all-too common. I fully support the State Freedom Caucuses (they're our best hope in this fallen Country).
