This should be part of an essential civics course! Lots of light bulbs flicking on. You compared the SGF city budget to the CFO's annual budget, but imagine if we eliminated the federal and private grant portion of that budget, and the take from the utility.

I'm grateful too. We arrived at the chamber here in SGF independently in our separate research. I do OSINT and connected the Ukrainian Orthodox Church to the National Council of Churches here in the US. UOC was banned in Ukraine by legislation, and signed into law by Zelenskyy last May. Most of the churches affiliated with the CFO are also NCC (rainbow robes). I think we're on similar beats, but I'm filling in so many blanks reading your posts. I'll dm you with some things our group picked up about SGF.

And you’re right. If you took only the City Budget that was only based on city taxes and city income, it would be significantly lower.
