Jefferson City is a swamp and the dome is in danger of being flooded all the way to the top. Bob Titus, our freshman Representative from the 139th District has his waders on and is fighting a system that wants to drown him and make him a Zombie Rep, wandering the halls forever lost and without a brain—Just like so many of our current Reps.

Voters of our State are Conservative
Constitution is there to protect us
It is under assault by outside interest and outside money
IP Reform is to protect our Constitution
Should not be done in a cavalier way
Nor by purchase by out of state money
Raise the bar, not the votes, but the quality of the votes
If we do go with Concurrent Majority
Prop 3 passed in the majority population centers, but a minority of districts
It was a minority that passed Prop 3
How many people number themselves as conservatives, but don’t vote that way
They understand the power and influence coming from that way from the people that pay them
When they vote, they give us a different product and it doesn’t represent the values of the people of Missouri
Still a Freshman
The establishment is hardened up there
Mike is pessimistic about the house fixing the Senate Bill
House is going to do the work the Senate wouldn’t
Individual senator has an enormous amount of influence
An Individual house member doesn’t have the same influence
Mike represents the values we have here and he would love to see Mike continue in the senate
He plans to hold the same values in the House
To have a state legislature produce the legislation we deserve
Your Participation
Our constitution assumed people would stay motivated
Our peers have become complacent
They assume the government will do the right thing
Accountability need to be there
SB 190 was not ideal
We were able to apply it at a county level that made sense
Fixing the bill over time
Represents more freedom for the county
Vetting the Library Board Trustees
The Public Library has come out in opposition
they are superimposing their voice over ours
Make them work with election
Outside Money could make a difference in the election
Understand the values and qualifications of the people appointed to the Board
It is a Republican solution and we are a representative Republic
Endorses Lynn for making us more free
He is heavily involved because the Lord has equipped him
We need to get our citizens involved
Our voice helps
Our values are well-represented in this area
Need to wake up other areas of the state

What is your assessment of being able to fix the bill from the senate so it serves Missouri?
Bob Titus responded:
I’m a little more optimistic than Mike, but I might be naive
There is motivation to get it right in the House
Despite some of the barriers by leadership, there is motivation to get it right to protect the right to life
Most of his colleagues agree with that
Steve asked a follow up, “Do you think the house is leaning more to the senate districts, congressional districts, or house districts?”
Bob responded:
I don’t have a sense of where they are going to land.

Tony asked,”Until last year, we had people on the board who wanted to bring the porn all over the place.”
Bob Titus responded:
I think basically all of us can’t retire from community involvement and if we are faithful in doing that we will not have to worry about quality elected officials
We can’t invest all our trust in one or three people and we can’t walk away. We need to stay involved and our children and grandchildren need to stay involved. That’s the continuity of care for our republic.
Uniformed people will vote for the person most recognized and that’s different from voting for the person most qualified.
